April Doki Doki Crate Unboxing!

Doki Doki Crate is a monthly subscription box that runs at $30, ships worldwide and has free shipping! Each crate includes  5-7 practical items ranging from exclusive apparel to licensed collectibles, household goods, plushies and more from Japan.

Japan Crate also offers a few other subscription boxes too: a “Japan Crate” filled with various snacks/candy from Japan, a “Kira Kira Crate” filled with beauty Items from Japan, and a “Umai Crate” that has a variety of noodles (ex. noodles from udon to yakisoba, spaghetti, soba, and ramen). Lots of choices to choose from!

April’s box theme is “Time Caspule” which is filled with retro themed items celebrating nostalgic favorites, kawaii classics, and familiar faces.

What I Received

Sanrio Coloring Book – I have some Hello Kitty themed coloring books already, but this one is even nicer since it features a wider variety of Sanrio characters.

80s Sanrio Retro Cup – There were four cups that you could get and luckily I got the adorable Pochacco. He is the cutest dog and I love the design of this cup.

Batz-Maru Coin Purse – I love this! I always have a need for coin purses for wallets that don’t come with a coin section.

Poke Ball Pouch – I definitely gotta catch’ em all with this trendy Pokemon pouch. I think this will definitely come in handy when carrying makeup and accessories on the go.

Tuxedo Sam Plush Key Chain – I tend to have trouble finding Tuxedo Sam things so this was a fun addition to my box. I’ll add it to my ever-growing collection of key chains, lol.

Sanrio Outdoor Mat – This is not only a cute, but a practical item for the summer months. It seems great for trips to the park or beach. On top of that, its compact and can fit easily inside my bag. I got the Little Twin Stars print!

Overall Thoughts

As a person/fan girl who enjoys all things Sanrio items I was definitely satisfied with this box. It’s probably my top third pick out of all the Doki Doki Crates I’ve gotten. It had a balance cute accessory items and practical items you can use in everyday life. My top favorites in the box were the Pochacco cup and the Sanrio coloring book. Everything seems to made of good quality too!

I look forward to subscribing to future boxes from Doki Doki Crate! But I will be taking a break from the boxes for a while. For more info about the subscription box visit: https://www.japancrate.com/dokidoki
