What I’m Listening To…Cozy Comfort Songs
Hello readers! I love listening to the music of all genres on a daily basis. I can’t go a day without popping on some headphones and listening to some upbeat tunes while I dance around my room or relax from a long day by listening to calming songs. In my segment “What I’m Listening To” I share some of my favorite song picks with you in a mini-playlist consisting of five tracks.
This theme is Cozy Comfort Songs. The Winter season can be a blustery month and I’m sharing some songs that feel comforting and warm. This is a playlist full of chill and relaxing songs.
One in a Million by Jesse Gold, Stefani Kimber
I like this song’s overall chill vibe and overall song. It’s a cute love song with a mixture of pop and soul sounds. I enjoy listening to this song while I’m studying or working on blog posts.
Misty by Sarah Vaughn
Jazz songs always give me a comforting feeling. I think it’s because I used to listen to tracks like Vaughn’s when I spent time at my grandma’s house as a child. I love Vaughn’s crooning soulful voice in this ballad track. A comforting track for a cold winter or rainy day.
For You by LeeHi, Crush
Lee Hi is one of my favorite soloists in the South Korean music scene. She has such a nostalgic sound to her vocals and you can feel the emotion in this track. It’s a calming song that is perfect for when you want to relax.
Decide To Be Happy by Misterwives
Another mid-tempo track on this playlist. It’s more upbeat and I like the playful, jazzy vocals. I like the lyrics about choosing your own happiness. It’s a good pick-me-up track.
Sundays by Jon Vinyl feat. Loony
A smooth R&B track to end this short playlist. this song gives me all the feelings of a lazy weekend. The vocals have such a warm quality to them that is perfect for an overall cozy music mood.
