Today’s Video: Dia De Los Muertos

Since we’re at the end of the Halloween season I thought I’d share a non-bookish video with you all. This week’s viral pick is a beautiful animated short film by Whoo Kazoo. It’s a wonderful and heart felt short film about a little girl who visits the land of the dead, where she learns the true meaning of the Mexican holiday, Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) which runs from Oct 31 through November 2.

I loved this animated short so much the story was well written, the music was energetic, and the animation was fantastic. I felt that it really illustrated what the true meaning behind Dia de los Muertos is. I hope you all enjoy this video!

Have a great weekend and Happy Halloween!🙂
