It’s good to be the queen! Book 3 in the Knight Games series.
After saving her caretaker, Rick, from certain death, Grateful Knight is ready for their happily ever after. The date is set and wedding plans are in the works. But when the witch responsible for the candle that almost ended Rick’s life shows up in Red Grove expecting payment, the price is more than Grateful can bear.
To make matters worse, Logan is barely speaking to her, and a murder at the Thames Theater leaves everyone reeling over the future of Julius’s vampire coven. She’s finally ready to walk down the aisle, but first Grateful must face the greatest challenge of her life.
Don’t miss the other books in the Knight Games Series:
- The Ghost and The Graveyard, Book 1
- Kick the Candle, Book 2
- Queen of the Hill, Book 3
- Mother May I, Coming Soon
Another action-packed and entertaining novel in the Knight Games series. This time around Grateful is planning her wedding, but of course things don’t fall into place that easy. Grateful continues her training as a witch and gets a better control of her magic with the help of Rick, Poe, and other friends. She also starts to see that its becoming more and more difficult to balance her duties as the witch of monk hill while continuing to keep her family and friends close.
The third installment like the other books in the series book is a roller coaster of plot twists, uncovering secrets, and reading to figure out who is friend or foe. I really enjoyed the the character development and that Grateful is growing into her powers. In the first novel (Ghost in the Graveyard), she is unsure and scared of her newfound supernatural life and now she is becoming this awesome young woman who learning to take matters into her own hands, which makes such an admirable character. The story leads up to a epic battle and just by the ending alone, the next book will definitely will be exciting.
I’m forward to seeing how the story will further unfold in the next book! 4 out of 5 stars!
