Where do you typically write your blog posts?

Usually at my desk or sometimes on the living room couch.

How long does it take you to write a book review?

I write notes for all the books I read, even if I don’t plan to review them on the blog. It takes most of my time to transcribe the notes and turn them into a cohesive book review, lol. I would say depending on the length of the review it can take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes.

What’s the worst thing about having a book blog?

Putting pressure on myself that I don’t need to. I give myself too strict deadlines that don’t mesh well with my current schedule and that leads me to be overwhelmed.

What’s the best thing about having a book blog?

Having a bookish space to call my own on the internet and getting to chat with other people in the community.

What blog post have you had the most fun writing so far?

I love my A Bibliophile’s Nostalgia series so much! It gives me a chance to reflect on my childhood and some of my favorite things that bring me joy.

What is your favorite type of blog posts to write?

I love to do wrap-ups the most whether it’s the reviews (Romance Roundup or Comic Corner Roundup) or monthly based ones. It’s a lot of fun to look back and reflect on things I enjoyed and books I read.

When do you typically write?

Usually in the evenings after work or sometimes when I have downtime during the weekend.

How do you write your book reviews? With a cup of coffee or tea? With Netflix? Cuddled with your fur baby?

Usually at my desk on the couch with a hot drink and some lo-fi music playing in the background.

When do you write your book reviews? Right after finishing the book? Two weeks after?

Sometimes it’s a couple of weeks after or sometimes it’s a month after. I like to let myself sit and reflect on the book for a while before I write a review.

How often do you post?

Twice a week. That’s all I can handle at the moment.
