What I’m Listening To…Halloween Party

Hello readers! I love listening to music of all genres on a daily basis. I can’t go a day without popping on some headphones and listening to some upbeat tunes while I dance around my room or relax from a long day by listening to calming songs. In this blog post series, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite song picks with you in a mini playlist of five songs.

For this month’s edition of “What I’m Listening To” I decided to supply you with some spooky tunes for Halloween! This time around I chose some classic or vintage Halloween-themed tracks or songs that have a supernatural theme to them. Enjoy! *To see last year’s picks, click here!

Skeleton Sam by LVCRFT

A song by the musical project LVCRFT, released in 2019 as part of the Hocus Pocus 2 movie OST. The song is a Halloween-themed rap that features a character named Skeleton Sam, who makes people dance in a cemetery with other spooky creatures.

Halloween by AQUA

AQUA is a group that is most notable for their Barbie Girl song, but did you know they had a Halloween song as well? It evokes all the feelings of the spooky atmosphere of the season along a Euro Pop dance beat. AQUA makes great dance songs for any party.

Villian by Bella Poarch

It’s good to be bad is often a theme displayed during spooky season and Villain brings that feeling in the song’s lyrics. It’s a fun and melodic pop song that has a wicked vibe!

Pretty Psycho by PURPLE KISS

Pretty Psycho by PURPLE KISS is a song about embracing one’s inner “freaky,” confident and carefree side. This track has an addictive hook line and whistle sound which makes it fun to sing along to. It’s a great upbeat dance K-Pop track.

Freaks Come Out at Night by Whodini

This Hip-Hop song is a track that is iconic and memorable with its very playful lyrics. It’s a standard song in any Halloween playlist but with its funky synths and catchy beat you’ll be dancing along to the song in no time.

And that concludes my Halloween Party playlist! What songs do you recommend? Let me know in the comments below!
